Over the past few years, CLM has become a rocket ship software category. The expansion in the number of CLM vendors is dizzying. But do you really need it?

From what we've heard, CLM is plagued by implementation failures, high costs and lack of user adoption. That's not to say you shouldn't buy one, just that you know that half of implementations fail.
